Join us for a transformative Women's Wellness Workshop designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. This immersive experience weaves together the healing powers of cacao, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and energetic embodiment practices. Whether you're seeking inner peace, emotional release, or a deeper connection with yourself, this workshop offers a sacred space for your personal journey.

What to Expect:

1. Cacao Ceremony: Begin your journey with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Using ceremonial-grade cacao, we'll create a sacred space to set intentions, fostering a sense of community and connection. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that helps to unlock emotions and deepen meditation practices.

2. Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath to release stress and trauma stored in the body. Guided breathwork sessions will help you access deeper states of consciousness, promoting emotional healing and mental clarity.

3. Sound Healing: Experience the vibrational harmony of sound healing. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments, this session will help to recalibrate your energy, reduce stress, and promote holistic healing. The soothing sounds will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and meditative bliss.

4. Energetic and Embodiment Practices: Engage in practices that connect you with your body's innate wisdom. Through movement, visualization, and energy work, you'll learn to embody your true self, release blockages, and enhance your vitality. These practices are designed to empower you, helping you to live more fully and authentically.

Get to know your Facilitators

Hi we’re Bridgey and Rani experienced facilitators who are passionate about women's wellness and bring a wealth of knowledge in holistic healing practices. We will guide you with compassion and care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your journey.

Rani Curry is a ex personal trainer now turned mindset mentor and breathwork facilitator. She has her own business where she runs retreats, 1:1 coaching, day events and group programs.

Her mission is to guide women back home to themselves. Breathwork is such a passion for her, she believes it’s a magical way to release stuck and stored trauma as well as negative emotions. Leaving the participant feeling light, transformed and with a new found clarity.

Bridgette Harris is a women's wellness coach and cacao facilitator, who has studied reiki, vibrational medicine, Neuro linguistics-programing and more providing her with a wealth of knowledge to support woman in holistic wellness.

Bridgette guides woman on their unique journey back to their self embodying the values of transformation, purpose and wealth in all that she does.

Her mission is to help raise the earths vibration and heal the feminine wound.

Bridgette is very passionate and deeply connected to the plant medicine Cacao with over 3 years journeying with Mama cacao.
