The School of Graduate Studies in collaboration with the Recreation Centre invite all University of Auckland doctoral candidates to a free Walk the talk session.
Meet & Greet
Before each session this week meet Emma and the team at the Recreation Centre, 70 Stanley Street to be shown the fantastic facilities & services that they offer. It is a great time to ask the trainers questions about your health, fitness & wellbeing.
Walk The Talk
Join our Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinator for a lunchtime walk. Emma, will meet you at the Recreation centre for an introduction and then lead you on a walk around the city campus and into the Auckland Domain. A great chance to make the most of the warmer weather, fresh air, be active and get to know all of the hidden tracks and little walk ways around the university.
