- If you have attended an MI and pūrākau session with Tipene Pickett, this is your opportunity to connect with him, review cases and build your capacity to use these modalities.
This is a series of monthly online supervision sessions for those who have attended MI and pūrākau with Tipene Pickett. Supervision sessions are an opportunity to connect with Tipene, review cases and focus on implementing Motivational Interviewing and Pūrākau.
Each session is two hours long and commences from 9am-11am.
This registration is for the session on Friday 24 May 2024.

Please note that space on our courses can be limited or subject to certain criteria. You will receive a notification from Eventbrite that your registration has been received. However, it is not a confirmed place until you get an email and/or calendar invite from the team at Whāraurau.
In rare cases, we may not be able to give everyone who registers for the course a place and we apologise for this in advance.

Whāraurau is funded by the Government to provide this session so there is no cost to you. However, if you have registered and are not able to attend, please withdraw your registration on your Eventbrite account so we can offer your place to someone else.
We only provide a certificate of attendance/completion for some of our training courses. If you require one for your manager/organisation, then please let us know.
We’ll let you know as soon as we can and within a time frame that allows you to make travel arrangements.
There's a cost to putting on this session, so it’s really important we know in advance that you won’t be attending. It also means we can offer your place to someone else. You can withdraw your registration on your Eventbrite account or email coordinator@whāraurau.org.nz.
There may be times where a manager’s consent is required to attend a training, and also if you don’t turn up, we may message them to find out if you’re okay.
We do record online sessions and a link can be provided upon request.
