This launch party is the perfect opportunity to meet other like-minded women, explore our range of fitness classes, and see how our program can help you build physical strength, enhance mental well-being, and meet sisters.

- Program Learn about our weekly classes, featuring a variety of workouts such as Pilates,Yoga, Barre, Spin, and strength training plus more. Our sessions accomodate all fitness levels and preferences, ensuring everyone can find a class that’s right for them.

About Strength In Sisterhood: Our group fitness classes are specifically designed to help women feel their best, both physically and mentally. Running every Saturday from 11 AM to 12 PM or 12:30 - 1:30pm, the program offers a variety of workouts, including cardio, HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Spin, and strength training. We aim to keep the program accessible and affordable for all women, regardless of background or fitness level.
