Filipino News has been organizing this event for over 21 years. It is by far the biggest Philippine Independence Day event organised in New Zealand. Visitors come from all over New Zealand - Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Whangarei, etc

Highlights of the event Saturday 7th March 2025 from 10am to 6pm are: The biggest Filipino food festival in New Zealand featuring heritage food and street food. Multiple fashions show. Entertainment by top Filipino talent plus the Filipino-Kiwi Music Awards. The high-profile Filipino-Kiwi Hero Awards. Business Stands. The Filipino Migrant Expo. And lots more.

Free entry (tickets not required). Free parking available at Cornwall Park and paid parking within the venue.
