What are Ongoing services?
Ongoing Services are financial advice services and administrative services. This may include providing:
- Initial advice and KiwiSaver reviews including review of current fund and contribution levels
- Access to KiwiSaver advice when requested
- Ad hoc advice queries
- Goal tracking
- Coaching clients through market volatility and sticking to your plan
- Assisting with administration; including changing contribution rates, government contributions, Australian Superannuation portability, annual statements and tax certificates; hardship withdrawals, serious illness withdrawals, retirement withdrawals and emigration withdrawals.
