NZTech Women welcomes you to 2017 with our first inspiring local event for the year. Join us for lunch and hear Weirdly's co-founders Dale Clareburt and Keren Phillips discuss shifting attitudes to work/life balance. Dale and Keren will share their ideas on how to restructure businesses through remote working and flexible employment to better attract women into boardrooms and senior executive positions. Kick start 2017 with insight from Dale and Karen on how to best redesign your life to reflect your priorities.
About Dale and Keren:
Weirdly Co-Founders, Keren Phillips and Dale Clareburt are on a mission to change the way the world thinks about work. Their tech startup, Weirdly is all about connecting future-focussed companies with a new way of recruiting - putting people and culture at the front of the hiring process rather than focussing on hard skills first. Having founded and run successful businesses prior to Weirdly, both Dale and Keren are fierce advocates for making brave choices, taking risks and creating a life that allows you to do all the things you’re passionate about.
