We know being a student can be tough sometimes... so we've set up a safe space for you and your friends to come and join us to have open discussions, gain some useful tips and tools - all while enjoying some kai/ food. The group will be based around the holistic model of health 'Te Whare Tapa Wha' and we'll be exploring all things self-care, physical health and mental health.
