Brought to you by Colony at The Crossing, this is your chance to try mead and learn to play traditional games through our friends from Southron Gaard, or just to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and have a knight out with a difference!

Dressing in theme is encouraged but optional. Registration includes a welcome mead tasting or non-alcohol option. A full menu is available.

What are my transport options?

Cascade is in the central city at Stranges Lane on the corner of Lichfield and Manchester St. The central bus interchange is just across the road or you can park (charges apply) at The Crossing carpark on Lichfield St.

Do I need to dress up?

Wear what you are comfortable with. We encourage everyone to wear themed costume but it is not essential and you will be welcomed either way.

What are the food and beverage options?

Cascade have an extensive menu catering to a wide range of dietary requirements. In addition to their standard menu we will feature mead and other themed options for the evening. Alcohol-free options are available.

What games will be available and do I need to learn to play beforehand?

We will offer a range of very traditional games and have instructors who can teach you how to play. If you would rather just watch and socialise that is totally fine too.
