What’s Included?
This programme offers a blend of kanohi-ki-te-kanohi (face-to-face) wānanga (workshops) and online Professional Learning Groups (PLGs), including:
Workshops:
- Wānanga 1: Deep dive into your current practices, biases, and shared terminology.
- Wānanga 2: Evidence-based strategies to improve teaching, learning, and leadership practices.
Online PLGs:
Guided discussions on Action Research, ākonga voice, and sustainability strategies.
Pre-work resources:
Videos, readings, and tools to support preparation and shared learning.
