Come along and join us as we delve deeper into understanding what menopause is and the role that nutrition plays during this time. Discover and learn what hormones are involved, symptoms and treatments, the importance of maintaining muscle mass, protein intake and much more.


Dr Wai Tze is a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist and a UK trained GP. She has been a doctor for over sixteen years and worked in a dedicated menopause clinic providing care to patients with complex medical histories and difficult to treat menopausal symptoms.

Phoebe de Jong is a NZ Nutrition Society Registered Nutritionist. She has background in both exercise physiology and nutrition and has been working in the Women’s Health space for over sixteen years, most recently in private practice based in Mount Maunganui.
