Welcome to the Leading with Confidence event! Join us on Thu 20 and Fri 21 March 2025 (9am - 4pm) at the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre for two days filled with inspiration and growth.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and take your career to the next level.

This two-day workshop is designed to empower you to take charge of your leadership journey with confidence. It is for women who are currently or are aspiring to, lead in their chosen field.

Participants will experience a practical approach to leading by focusing on managing difficult conversations and motivating team members.

Using a powerful coaching framework, backed by research, participants will apply the fundamentals of coaching in interactive ways throughout the two days.

Each participant will receive their Individual Extended DISC Profile and have an opportunity to be part of an online community of practice after the event, at no further cost.
