  • Are you waking up night after night and exhaustion follows you through your day?
  • Are you frustrated by your increasing weight despite dieting and exercising?
  • Do you miss the confidence of being pain free and not worrying about recurring injuries?
  • Are you now experiencing dizziness, brain fog or feeling more anxious than you used to?
  • Are you on menopause HRT or supplements but they aren’t giving you the relief that they once did?

Menopause is not a disease. But it is a stage of life where changing hormone levels can trigger other health problems throughout the body. You may benefit from a reset and refocus on your changing health as you move towards your post-menopause years.

If you have arrived in midlife (early 40s – late 60s) you are now in a completely different hormonal environment, as your body prepares for its biological ageing. You may know that the decline in oestrogen and progesterone during midlife contributes to symptoms. But, have you ever been told why? And have you ever been informed that there are natural, lifestyle solutions that are scientifically evidenced to relieve your symptoms?

No? Neither had I.

More details below.

From the 500,000+ women on my database who have now completed the MyMT™ Menopause Symptoms Quiz, I can conclusively say 85% of them struggle with managing their symptoms, including weight gain, in mid-life.

At least 300,000 of them are in peri-menopause, and insomnia, sore joints, fatigue and weight gain are their main challenges. This is why you need this seminar! I want you to discover what I didn't know myself as I reached my menopause transition and why all the medications and supplements that I was taking didn't work into the longer term for my health. What was also needed were changes to my lifestyle too.

It is my purpose and passion to stay up to date with the fast moving women's healthy ageing research, to help you put all of the puzzle pieces together.

If menopause has blind-sided your energy levels, your moods, movement and your mojo, then please join me at Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa in Chatham at this live-event. I won’t let you down.

Finally, if you would like to meet me and listen to some of my story, then I also have the video for you below.

“I can’t wait to share my discoveries about menopause, and why this is the essential gateway into good health as we age, with you too.”

For over 30 years I have been involved in New Zealand’s health and exercise industries. My original career was as an ICU nurse, however I re-trained in physical education and pioneered the Personal Training industry in New Zealand.  After leaving the fitness industry, I returned to education and lectured in sport, exercise, nutrition and health physiology, and went on to undertake my Master’s studies in how to help people change their lifestyle behaviour. This led on to my Doctoral studies in the Faculty of Health, Sports and Human Performance at Waikato University. My desire was to better understand how women perceived their ageing and the role of exercise in this during their menopause transition.

What I discovered was that our menopause transition is a critical time to change our lifestyle and our health. In a different hormonal environment what we have done in the past to manage our health, energy and our weight, simply may not work anymore. There has been very little research on the menopause transition, and so many health coaches and other professionals don't understand this, or the lifestyle changes that women need to make to help us get ready for the next 30 years of living we have to do!  I realised that this is the time of our lives that our health can begin to change and our menopause symptoms may become worse if we let them.  I set up MyMT™ to educate as many women as possible how to age healthily.
