Hosted by the FMA, this session is your opportunity to find out more about FAP regulatory return online form. It will help you understand how to complete a FAP regulatory return via the FMA online portal.

“Financial Advice Providers (FAP) are required to submit annual regulatory returns under standard condition 3 of the FAP Licence further to the Financial Market Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act).”

FAP's are required to provide the FMA with information we need to monitor your ongoing capability to effectively perform the financial advice service in accordance with the applicable eligibility criteria and other requirements in the FMC Act. This will include updated information on the nature, size and complexity of your financial advice provider service.

The FAP regulatory returns are published on our website.
