About this event

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are excited to have Jefferson Chapple, a seasoned personal, group, and team facilitator with 45 years of experience. Jefferson, a life coach trained in various holistic modalities and self-help tools, will be presenting a series of health and wellness skills. Drawing on his extensive background in restorative practices, Jefferson will provide valuable insights and techniques to help you live optimally.

1. Integrative Breathing: IB is about the benefits of deliberately optimising one’s habitual breathing patterns. It is the simplest and quickest way to equanimity and calm.

2. Anatomy of an Upset: this talk will explain where ‘upset’ and ‘drama’ comes from, why and how not to do it, and how best to deal with it. A process will be demonstrated that can be used to restore oneself to peace of mind and body rather than remaining sad, angry, or anxious.

3. Time is Not Toxic: this seminar explores the attitudes and beliefs we have about ageing and dying, and how they affect our quality of life. The importance of optimised breathing to our healthy longevity will also be addressed. Two practical skills for this will be taught.
