Frequently asked questions

When is the event?

Friday 20 June 2025 – Matariki weekend. Doors open at 6.00pm, dinner and formalities will conclude by 9.00pm. Then there will be an opportunity for music and dancing into the evening.

Why is this event being held?

A fundraiser for Pursuit Youth to attend New Life Conference 2025 in Wellington. Grace Gala will be hosted by Pursuit Youth Living Well Church.

What is the cost of a ticket?

$99 per ticket

Where do I purchase a ticket?

All tickets need to be purchased from Eventbrite on Grace-Gala.eventbrite.co.nz

How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?

When you purchase a ticket, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements

What is the exact location?

Living Well Church, 47 Biak Street, Mangakakahi, Rotorua 3010. The event will be held in the main auditorium.

What is the dress code?

A charming and elegant black tie event.

What is the expected weather?

The event is being held in winter, so please ensure you come dressed warm while you make your way into the building.

Is there a space to leave my coat?

There will be a coat check available from 6.00pm to 7.00pm and will be reopen for collection from 9.00pm – 9.30pm.

What drinks will be served at the event?

There will be a cash bar (non-alcoholic) will be available to purchase specialty curated mocktails. Grace gala is an alcohol-free event

What are the parking arrangements and directions?

There is parking available at Living Well Church.
