About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

The world is changing, and so is the environment, climate, and biodiversity. As more young people witness the damage that climate change is causing to our communities, they begin to experience a sense of anxiety and doom related to climate change: eco-anxiety. Hosted by the Whai Hauora | Be Well team, this eco-anxiety panel will feature a researcher, a mental health professional, a chaplain, and a climate activist to answer the question: What is eco-anxiety, why does it happen, and what can we do about it?
