About this event

Youth Digitech Studios integrates the world of education with the world of game creation by providing tertiary and industry trained tutors to support learning opportunities in clubs for 10-15 year olds.

During sessions they learn creative graphics, sound and coding skills along with communication and collaboration. They work together to create their own video games and learn along the way.

Each term, students will create and publish a new video game utilising different skills and techniques.

Software used includes Blender, Godot and Unity.

CENTRAL Youth Digitech Studios Dunedin is an eight week programme, hosted at DUNEDIN CITY LIBRARY (4th floor Dunningham Suite) on Sunday 2:00pm-3:30pm

Term 2 2025 starting 11/5/25, Finishing 29/6/25.

Can my child join late?

If we still have spaces left we may still be able to accommodate students up until the second week of class.

Is there free parking?

The city offers free parking on Sunday which makes this the perfect day to come to town.
