Welcome to the CDES Engineering and Technology Career Expo 2025!
New job opportunities are constantly emerging in the areas of engineering and technology, as these industries evolve with exciting innovations and groundbreaking technology. These sectors can offer a world of possibilities for everyone, regardless of your field of study.
Organisations attending the event typically include a variety of engineering firms, software companies and consultancies, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies, energy companies, innovators in healthcare, public sector organisations, and trading firms. We also host New Zealand companies (e.g. in the medical and supply chain sectors) that are looking to attract students into the tech, digital services or IT areas of their business.
Over two days, you can explore exciting career paths, network with professionals from top organisations, and discover new opportunities that you may not have previously considered.
Note: This expo was formerly called the "STEM Expo". We have changed the name for 2025 to better reflect the organisations attending and the changing nature of the recruitment market.
