The Women in BIM (WIB) Mentor Scheme is one of the key annual initiatives run by WIB to help grow and support emerging female professionals in the AEC space.
The programme involves the pairing of mentees and volunteer mentors from across Asia Pacific with similar technical backgrounds, or career aspirations over a six-to-nine-month period.
This presentation will introduce the programme (ahead of the 2025 applications opening), and our presenters will share their own personal experiences of the value of being a mentor or mentee (or both!) of the programme, and why you should consider signing up for the 2025 programme.
