Where is the best place to park?
There is free on site parking at Eden Park and on the surrounding streets. Eden Park is also easily accessabile by train and bus.
What is the best time to attend?
Peak visitor times are normally between 11am - 2pm so the crowds are less outside of these times.
What days is the ticket valid for?
General Admission entry tickets is for one entry only and is valid for any one of the 4 event days.
Gold Card Special 1/2 price tickets valid for Thursday and Friday only.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A printed ticket or showing the barcode on your smart phone to the entry staff is required.
What's the refund policy?
The entry ticket is non-refundable, but it is transferable so you if you can't attend for whatever reason, you can give the ticket to a friend.
